Benfica Offer Espanyol 9M For Luis Garcia
Benfica initially offered 8M for Garcia when the bar was set at at least 15M from Espanyol.. When talks were called off Espanyol has expressed a desire to sell and has dropped the bar down to 10M. Benfica have apparently offered now 9M for Luis Garcia and if things go as planned he could be the next major signing by Benfica.
