This is just to vent my anger and disappointment. I watched the Nigerian game vs Tunisia for world cup qualifying, and I have to say I am very angry with the result (2-2). This was a game that we had to win at all cost so we could leapfrog Tunisia in the table. Instead we let it slip away at the 90th plus minute in a shambolic and unprofessional manner. Now qualifying for the final is out of our hand because we have to hope that Tunisia slip up (which I doubt they will). This would be the second time in a row Nigeria "Super Eagles" will miss the world cup (in Africa for God sake). I have to say, go Essien and Ghana, go Ivory Coast, and go Holland. F*** Super Eagles, I will not support you any more!!!

spoilers.
and hopefully you arent going to stop supporting them simply because of one match, which wasnt even a loss.
or you never were a fan in the first place.

It seems bizarre that someone would stop supporting a national side because they MIGHT not make it to the World Cup. Nigeria will just have to concentrate on the next African Cup of Nations then, if they don't make it to South Africa next year. I always liked Nigeria though, and hope they get through :) Go super Eagles!!!

I'm pissed off too and I hope the Amodu gets fired.
Bring in Sia Sia. How do you have Mikel on the team and you play with no holding midfielder?.
It'll suck if the Super Eagles are missing from the first WC on the continent.

Very true because I believe that the super eagles has the potential to go very far in the competition if they make it.

How can you keep supporting a team that disappoints every single time when you can clearly see that they have the talent to do great things?

just finished watching the game against Mozambique. A goal in extra time keeps the hope alive but its hard to see Tunisia dropping points in the final game.
Odemwingie and Enyeama played well. This coach gotta go!

because thats football....if they have the talent and skill then eventually it will show. just need a proper coach to manage it.
losing/disappointment etc doesnt stop me from supporting my teams.
i reiterate in the first place- not trying to be a jerk- but if they dont qualify and you bottle them, you werent a real fan of Nigeria in the first place.
on the qualification note- keep faith, they still have an outside shot.

"they have the talent to do great things"
this word has been used by us Egyptians about our national team players who were always failing us on every single qualifying occasion, when we supporters beleive they would make it in a much easier way than others do
so plz lets agree a team who doesnt qualify to world cup through a group stage means they werenot able to do it and they havent got enough talent to reach out there
even if Nigeria has good talents individualy ...but still they couldnt apply it together as a team,i remeber many times they meant to lose their games because money wasnot paid to them by their national federation not this team but on different occasions before
