hmm good question. "who will win the fa cup semi's between chelsea and liverpool".. Well in my view Chelsea are the league champions no doubt, and they are a strong squad capable of crushing any team that come across them.. However, Liverpool on the other hand are a very talented team, with a strong defencive line capable of keepin cleansheets, that's why they were the european champions. When these two team meet in the fa cup semi's don't expect alot of goals. Who ever scores the first goal will go through to the finals.. But i think Liverpool are capable of holding chelsea for 90 minutes, and will surprise them with a goal in the late first half before half time. I also think in the second half with a one goal advantage chelsea will pressure liverpool all the way to the 90th minute but won't be able to score a goal because with Liverpool's strong backline they are forsure goin to defend deep throughout the whole game, and that's what they always do with big teams. I say chelsea will create chances but won't be able to put the ball into the net and Liverpool with the help of there fans will take this one to the finals..

1-0 for liverpool but expect alot of pressure from chelsea.

Chelsea to win 3-0

Liverpool's solid defence that's being spoken of conceded 6 goals in the last 2 league games against Chelsea. Chelsea have hit a rich vein of form recently, once that first goal is scored, expect Liverpool to open up, and Chelsea to tear them to shreds.
Drogba will lead the charge and single handedly dismantle the EX-champions of Europe.

Should be a great match. Big rivalry, Chelsea V Liverpool matches are always entertaining and usually controversial.

It's at Old Trafford so neither team will have the home advantage, although Chelsea are the favourites, I'd like to see Liverpool win it.

from an unbiased standpoint......

I just don't think the pool strikers will be able to get past Chelsea's defense. I don't see Moro, Fowler, Cisse, or Crouch getting any change off of that back four (especially not Terry).

also considering the fact that Liverpool have failed to register even a draw in all four of the matchups between Chelsea this season, and in all four matches, they only managed to nick 1 goal, versus 6 goals put in by Chelsea. I've gotta take the blues for this, my prediction is 2-nil.

I haven't been paying much attention but isn't Robbie Fowler still cup tied?
If not, then sweet.

We drew both games in the champions league if that is also what you are including. We've just lost the two league games.

Seems like the Mancs want us to lose and the Arsenal supporters want us to win. Evenly split, how interesting. Then again, usually the Manc supporters jump on the Chelsea bandwagon and vice versa depending on the form of their teams.;) :p

I jump on the Chelsea bandwagon whenever they play Liverpool and Man City..

It's a commonly known fact that Arsenal supporters and Liverpool supporters have had a love in over the recent years. I guess that's why I link myself more with Spurs, but ahwell

my mistake, you're totally correct mate. I meant to say they failed to register a win in any of the matches, as both matches in the group stage of the CL were 0-0. in the league I believe the results were 2-nil and 4-1 (off the top of my head, I think that's right though).

and, on a completely unrelated topic, your sig kicks ass :D

Diego's is probably your best bet, I know they had the FA Cup final last year. 475-7575

You could also try Soprano's, the Sticky Wicket, Friday's Sports Bar or the Upper Deck out on Gorge East. Good luck.

Well considering Benitez said that there was no possibility of a handshake because he was celebrating with his fans, I'd say if there was a snub it'd be Benitez's.
