According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Vieira and Zlatan got in a fight at training. Zlatan wasn't happy about a pass, and complained. Vieira didn't agree and started shouting in Zlatan's face.
They almost started punching each otther, before others could got in between.
Way to go Juve...

The players of Juve need to concentrate on getting the job done to win Serie A.
Juve must perform well the last games ahead. This pressure creates strong tensions and anxiety. The teambuilding of Juve needs an urgent repair. Why has it gone this bad the last months compared to how easy it was in the autumn?
One of the answers is that many players have taken the games too lightly just because of the huge lead they had before. They thought "It's all over; we're going to win!" and it has hurt their inspiration and will to do 100% all through the games. A lot of injuries have also had a negative effect.
I don't think Zlatan is happy with this kind of atmosphere, it makes him less sure of himself and he starts to make accusations to let some steam out and to avoid feeling like he is supposed to take all the blame if something goes wrong or if he doesn't deliver. I saw a game recently where he was excellent the first 25 minutes and then he faded like the rest of the team.... why?
And then when he starts to complain about various things, like the bad set up of play, there's Vieira an ex. Arsenal captain who won't take that kind of abuse.

Viera misses Keane, thats all. Doesn't have anybody else to fight with, so picked out probably the one most physical one in his own team to fight with.

Yes, that's true. They are both fighters and it shows even in training.
It wasn't a big deal. They played well later in the tournament.
But the papers like to print this kind of stuff.

I think it isn't big deal. Sometimes men need to explain some things to each other in radical way.
Juve's performance is another issue.

meh, a little healthy venting is needed once in a while. You see it in hockey alot more. No biggy, when you're that competitive, things boil over sometimes. :o

Yeah... take it out Hartson-Berkovic style :D Smack... kick him in the head.
Stig "Tøffe" Tøfting (Hamburger SV, MSV Duisburg, Bolton), one of the craziest persons in Danish football ever, released a book earlier this year, where he was completely honest.
1. Got in a play fight with a teammate at a christmasparty. Then the other player ripped Tøffe's shirt, and Tøffe went crazy. Chased him for 100 metres and had to be held back by the other team mates. He got fired from the club...
2. After the worldcup in 2002, Tøffe and the national team went to a stylish restaurant/nightclub. Tøffe wanted the DJ to play the national teams world cup song (which was SHITE!!! ), but the DJ refused. Then Tøffe went amokk and smacked up two from the restaurants staff! One of them went partial-deaf on one ear!! Tøffe went to jail...

Good, I hope Patty roughed up Zlatan real good! (and that's saying something because I don't exactly love Vieira either).
I can't stand that fellow

i agree 100%...
i think juve will close out the serie A this weekend with a THUMPING win!
come on ya'll....this is the serie A....
it is "supposed" to be close till the end....
just like last year though, juve will just "show up" at the most critical games (this weekend and next) and give a class performance to take home the title...

even though I hate Vieira with a passion, this really isnt a big deal, nor is it breaking news. fights and bustups happen all the time in training, its only because the players at this level are so passionate and intense about the game, and they get heated up when playing. in roy keane's book, he talked about how in so many practices with the likes of Robbo, Cantona, Schmikes, etc. in the mid-90's that the staff had to pull the players apart half the time in small sides, just cuz everybody was so intense. as long as they act mature about it later and get on with playing, it shouldnt be a problem. if anything, it shows how much they care about the game and how intense they are about it.

2nd time in less than a year! first time with Del Piero and now Vieira.
I know it's normal and it happens but with a player is as arrogant and selfish as Ibrahimovic you must ask when "Father" Capello will take an action against his favorite son?
Not only in this forum but in other forums too, people are saying: the darn line should have been drawn months and months ago.

When your game is not doing the talking on the field, players have to take care of some chatter off it.

The Problem is Capello and his very poor man managering skills...He kills Camo and looks certian to ship him off (Very Big Mistake) then he carrys all his bum chums in Emerson, Ibrah and Zebina. I'd be droping Ibrah from the squad to show that he really needs to show that he deserves his spot.
Capello has bent Juve and our loyal players over and fuked them over real hard. He's killing Del Piero n Mutu and has killed Camo and Tacchinardi with they way he treats them.
Get rid of Capello and Juve will once again return to their almighty self
