becasue Concacaf didn't earn it right? Boca Juniors had to fight for their lives to beat one of the crappiest teams in the mexican league to win this tournament on a penalty shootout. Champs of Argentina vs Bottom level mexican club and both games ended in a draw. tell me about it

how can you call any Mexican club crappy when it has been Mexican Clubs reaching semis in both tourneys Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana against supposedly better south american teams. Also south american teams are scared to play the championship game in Mexico, but have no problem playing the championship game in South America with 100% help from the refs.

^ Real talk.

Boca will be playing Atlas, Cruz Azul and Veracruz (this one is still in talks) on Mexican soil. Lets see how that goes for them... and I remember a home game from Chivas against Boca.. was it? yes I think so.. 4-0? and no help from the refs.. GOLAZO from Bofo

oh... and in this game it was a loaned keeper from another team, the main goalkeeper was in the Confederations Cup at that time

I remember that the game between Chivas and Boca at La Bombonera during las year's Libertadores didn't end so well.

I think he was being sarcastic my friend.

While I'm all for Boca I would like to see a Mexican team win it to show exactly why they deserve to be in the CONMEBOL. I think it's only a matter of time before they win the Copa America.

And also didn't Velez tie with Chivas at home even though Chivas they lost something like 6 or more starters who had to play for the Mexican NT?

Let me tell you something Boca Jrs is not your average team. is one of the most sucessfull teams in south america and choking will happen. but this team is overall way better than any mexican team and thats not hating that's been real with you. i'm giving credit where credit is due chivas is an awesome team don't get me wrong but they still haven't paid their dues. you need to win a cup. they can win games but they have to win the big one to get bragging rights feel me. i'm not talking about reaching the finals i'm talking about winning copa libertadores.

Not did chivas tie them misssing like 6 regulars, also dominated the game, missing there biggest two offensive threats(IMO) and had a goal called back....

Wow.. What a rough week for Gimnasia..

On Sunday they lost 7-0 to their arch-rivals Estudiantes.. That is the most important game of La Plata, and one of the most important in Argentina.. Definently the most important game of the year for Gimnasia fans..

Today, they are losing 4-1 to Colo Colo and are basically being eliminated from the Copa Sudamericana, which was their only hope to enlighten their very dark semester..

And now, one of the players is hit by a brick?

Damn, I seriously don't think it can get any worse.. I can't remember such a bad week for a club in a long time.
