Cachavacha?

I read that Diego Forlan's nickname is "Cachavacha" -- what does cachavacha mean?

CACHAVACHA is the name of a witch who lives in outside on TRULALA, in their COVACHA (therefore it calls to him to his house) next to their faithful companion the OWL. It has its own flying broom, a telebola in which can see the past and to predict the future, is expert in yuyos and concoctions and thinks that she is the best witch of the city, but in fact is distracted and a little stupid.



Apparently it's some cartoon or something.. this was the first thing that popped up from Google. So I dont know the credibility but the last sentence seems to suit Forlan :)
