What a great game. Johnson, Peters, Edgar and Begovic really stood out for me. Overall the team played really well.
I was hoping to see more of Kerlon, but he got hurt early.
It will be interesting to see how Brazil responds in the next couple of matches.

I'm going to go to all the games in Toronto for sure. If Canada ends up playing elimination round matches in Ottawa or Montreal I might try to make it there as well.

I made the epicly tough choice to go to the match instead of watching game one of the oilers and ducks series. Canada played wonderfully well, using their width and pace to unsettle the u-20 selcao. Somewhere above there was a complaint about a fast and wet pitch, but I can tell you firsthand that it was a lovely spring evening in Alberta, meaning it was breezy with the tempature hovering in the mid-teens (celcius).
Don't believe any critisism you hear about the match. Simply put, the Canadians were the better side on the night and deserved the victory.

The second game ended with Brazil winning 3-1.
A rather chippy game, with some classic poor officiating from a Mexican ref.

The final match of the series goes tonight in Vancouver.
I hope Canada can bounce back.
I wonder if Edgar will be suspended because of his red card from the idiot Mexican ref.
