So I was thinking, Argentina have many great players and Inter already have a good amount of them but a lot of them are available on "small" teams like Riquelme, Sorin and Lucho Gonzalez..on top of that you have a player like Saviola that is without a team. How much do you thing it would cost Inter to get all of these players?
Riquelme-Sorin, Lucho Gonzalez (Porto), Masherano (Corinthians) and Saviola?
Would Inter have enough money to do this?
Obviously they won't do this, and this is just something I'm wondering..I think it would be a tremendous move if they could afford it financially. They would basically have the Argentine squad + some other superstars.
If they only went for a more reasonable amount, say 3 of those players. Riquelme, Sorin and Mascherano, It would still be a tremendous team, for example:
--------------J.Cesar----------------
-------------------------------------
---------Cordoba----Samuel---------
--Zanetti--------------------Sorin----
-------------------------------------
-------Mascherano-Cambiasso--------
-------------------------------------
--------------Riquelme---------------
--Figo------------------------Solari--
---------------Adriano---------------
Or they could find a way to get rid of some players, get some more money and go for Mascherano, Riquelme-Sorin, Lucho and Saviola..All players that can be bought IMO with the exception of maybe Riquelme (although I'm sure if enough money is thrown at little Villareal they would have to buckle.)
If they found a way to bring in these 5 players the team would be almost identical to the Argentine squad:
--------------J.Cesar----------------
-------------------------------------
---------Cordoba----Samuel---------
--Zanetti--------------------Sorin----
-------------Mascherano--------------
-------Lucho--------Cambiasso--------
--------------------------------------
--------------Riquelme----------------
-----Saviola--------------------------
----------------------Adriano----------
I know this won't happen, it's just something I'm throwing out there for fun but my question is, is this in anyway concievably possible? How are Inter doing financially? They would have to buy 4 players who play for lower teams and 1 who is without a team.
