Hopefully they can work through their differences....or dump Ronaldo if necessary. :D

It would be nice if Ruud returned to Old Trafford, but I'd personally prefer to see him donning the colors of Newcastle.

Also didn't the Russian Salenko score 5 against Greece in the 1994 World Cup, tying him for top scorer with Romario?

Yes he did. It was a match against Cameroon though.

Oh, and by the way, Morientes scored 5 goals in a La Liga match against Las Palmas a few years ago :p

who could care less about the # of goals scored, it's all about the team winning. If you bag a hat trick and your team didn't win.... then you guys really screwed something up.

Honestly though, SAF would be negligent as a coach to just let Ruud go, Ruud is contracted and maybe he's not 100% focused and committed but to just let him go before having brought in a replacement... Absolute lunacy. Now if he wants to let Ruud go after he goes and raids the new Serie B teams, that's fine but until then. He just has to hang onto him. Otherwise if/when Saha gets injured(and lets' face it, it's probable enough you could probably place an online bet on it) Rooney's gonna be the lone striker and we all know how that works out.

I think, that Ruud should back to Manchester and proves the critics wrong...

But as we know, Saha is also a great forward, so I am not sure, what Alex Ferguson is going to do.

Some Austrailian scred 13 in 1 game.

That Australia scred was Archie Thompson. Melbourne Victory Striker!

Was just about to enlighten everyone about that ;) He was also with PSV for a short while..

It would be nice to see him start scoring in ManU colours again...hopefully the service from the midfield is better next season.

Yeah he did also have a short stint with PSV.

And Ruud's Manchester United career looks all over after he has requested a transfer.

Who should United get for him?
