Should Simao stay at Benfica? Or move elsewhere?
Liverpool has shown strong interest in the past? Atletico Madrid has shown interest. Even Chelsea and ManU have been mentioned as possible destinations for Simao. The question is whether he should leave Benfica after he led them to the quarters of the Champions League last year. With Rui Costa joining the ranks of the "Aguias," perhaps Simao should stay and try to make another run at CL? What do you think?

I think if he wants to go, then he deserves to go.
I've always had respect for Simao, he's been a player that gives everything for Benfica. He deserves to play in another league and he is more mature now than he was in Barcelona.
But, if he want to a lower raking team than Benfica, I think is better for him to stay. But the $$ rules nowadays....

Maybe things will change now that he has had some more international exposure. It's true that Benfica is not one of the football super powers ($$$) but would Simao get as much playing time as he does in Benfica? Does that matter to him? Who knows what his priorities are.
What team would he "fit" best with? Chelsea? Atletico Madrid ?

I'd like to see Simao Saaabbroossaaa join Atletico Madrid. They're putting together a monster team there and before you know it they will be in the Champions League. I don't think the EPL would be good for him because he would have to adapt long and if he joins the likes of Chelsea or Liverpool he will surely end up wasting away on the bench. A.Madrid is the perfect destination for him IMO.

Yep I agree with above, he should go to Athletico Madrid as I think he would suit them and their play really well.
Liverpool don't need another winger and the Chelsea stories were just silly season stuff.

It seems Valencia is very interested in him. I think it's also a good option for Simão. The deal is €16mil + Di Vaio. I always liked Di Vaio but i don't see anything from him along time ago... He's now 30.
Do you think thats a good option for Benfica attack??

He deserves to play in one of the best teams in europe. A class player with experience. Let's hope the deal between Valencia and Benfica will happen.

What do you mean? Is Valencia a greater team than Benfica???
If that is what you mean, I will tell that Benfica is in every way a greater team than Valencia... Look at the history, trophies, etc... Valencia has more money? Yes they do, and the only reason why Simão would go to Valencia would be $$$...
And even when we talk about $$$, it doesn't look like they can pay what Simão is worth...
