Hi. I want to go to the Barcelona vs Athletico Madrid on Dec 20th. I was wondering whether I should get tickets of the internet (more expensive) or get them from barca direct. I'll only be going to Spain the day before the game. Will it be hard to get tickets for this match (I want category 2 tickets) considering Athletico are going for the title? How is it best to get hold of tickets? Thanks for any help given.

Who do you think you're fooling? :)

To elaborate, you can order from the ticket office by phone a few days prior to the game. You'll probably be able to get them the day of the game as well.

You can also go online and order from ServiCaixa (http://www.servicaixa.com/nws/servlet/serviticket.sis.servlets.hSrvRecinteEvent;jsession id=FvqC2r9mG9cdLfH5FKzyQGvyJ1yQPd0jP2pHvGlC61spgMJ DydnL!-1499550858!NONE?codRecinte=5100&codEvent=51200&codTipusEvent=3&idioma=CAT&CODIUSU=servicaixa) (ServiCaixa is like a ticket vending machine - part of La Caixa banks)...

For the general public, tickets aren't made available until about two weeks prior to the game, so you can purchase them about the second week in December. Follow the directions on screen, and it will guide you through the process. You can pick the category, the section, and then the individual seat - it's a pretty intuitive graphical process. If you want, just click on the Recreativo match and stop short of ordering, just to see how the process works.

just been using the system for the Recreativo game. Its good how u can choose ur seat. Although i couldnt find two tickets together anywhere in the ground and thats 16 days before the game.

Also does anyone know if you can watch them train? And on what days they don't tours(e.g. matchdays, day after matchdays)?
