so folks how long before paul le guen becomes paul le gone:D there were a lot of angry bears at ibrox today especially as the goal was quoted on the radio as being a lietzi error after the debate that ran all week over who should be in goals.
i personally havent seen the goal yet so cant comment either way but i think the fans were pretty pissed by the sound of things
supercallygoballisticrangersareattrocious. :D :D :D :D :) :) :) :)

i thought McGregor should have kept his place on merit, IMO you shouldn't change keepers unless one is injured or having REALLY bad run of form - McGregor had neither AND was voted BOS Player of the Month.
I haven't seen the goal yet either but from the sounds of it Litezi fumbled and they're player happily took the goal.
I think PLG is the right man for the job but i fear he
A) hasn't got the cash required to satisfy the fans,
B) his budget purchases so far have been mediocre (think the only one that had look any good was Papa)
C) the fans are going to/have already turn on the team and the manager which is not what is required, i know it's hard to support your team when they aren't doing well but it ain't gonna help anyone by hurling abuse at them.
PLG came knowing full well the expectations of the club & it's supporters and what the financial situation was. I would like to see him given time to do what needs done... there have been some major changes in personnel over the summer months which takes time to settle... the training has been majority altered from what the players are used to, which again will take time to show the benefits...
If given time then a manager that is of PLG standing could have a significantly positive impact on a club, look at (i know this is a well traveled road but I'm gonna say it anyway!) Alex Ferguson.
I'm more than ready for the egg to hit me squarely between the eyes now :)

Im not too fussed atm, if we are placed 2nd this season then so be it. I think most of the Rangers fans who are appalled and calling for le guens head are t-imposters trying to stir.
Far too early to make any sort of judgements, expectations will begin at the end of next season after hopefully weve had a CL run and Le Guen has complete control over the club

well said mate i'm a celtic fan but was wonderin what a level headed supporter of rangers was thinking. you are right it is difficult to not get upset when the team is not doing well. i think he will be given time due to his pedigree but however many gers fans wont agree with you and will want him out soon if things dont buck up quickly.

Don’t you boys in Celtic park sing songs about the great IRA who aided Hitler and his huns during the war against our fair isles?
Paranoia about internet posts condemning Le Guen... yes it keeps me up at night.
I think the right word you’re looking for is suspicious but seeing as you were forced into your segregated catholic schools at an early age ill forgive your ignorance. The same ignorance used when the term huns is directed at Ibrox :)

Don’t you boys in Celtic park sing songs about the great IRA who aided Hitler and his huns during the war against our fair isles? Thats the famous 'just Juan Guy' that does it.The away support is a different matter.Although it's not like it's completely different people is it?

Oh happy days!
By Paul67:
peaking of which; Paul Le Guen now has to contend with the fact that in winning only four from ten league games, he has statisticians comparing his record to John Greig’s tenure.
That his most recent defeat appears to many of his erstwhile supporters to be a self-inflicted wound will make recovery all the more difficult. Any team can recover from a defeat, but when fans turn against the dressing room, there is only one outcome (as I have cautioned repeatedly here).
We had many debates here during the summer about the importance of this season for football domination in Glasgow. Rangers, having sold their merchandising revenues for an £18m up-front payment, would have their best chance for some time to claw back some of the ground lost to Celtic.
As we all now know, this is not going to happen.
Rangers are 10 points adrift of Celtic, and seven from the relegation spot.
The crisis we have predicted here for some time has arrived. They face the prospect of competing with St Mirren, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Hearts for a European place in the knowledge that they will turnover close to £40m less than Celtic this season.
While the gap in the league table, or on the field, may look ominous, the financial gap between Celtic and Rangers is far more significant.
