the amount of talent he has and its all going to waste. he could have been big at the world cup if he had stayed at roma but now i doubt he'll get another chance to play for the national side in the near future ...

He's a tw*t and got what he deserved!!!

As good as a player he is, he has no respect for authority or any team he plays for... he destroyed his own career: its not Roma, not Madrid, not Capello, not Del Neri, etc... he has no one to blame but himself.

That last link were he says I will never say sorry was the breaking point for me!!

He was blinded by greed and he deserves it.The part where he says he will never says sorry shows how stuck-up he is and I know that stuck-up people never lead a peaceful and good life.

I remember when he, along with Gilardino, were being touted as Italy's future strike pairing. One of them panned out, but not the one most were expecting. He needs a fresh start in Italy, personally I hope he joins Napoli, assuming they are promoted.

i think he should leave real and join a mid table team in italy where he gets sufficient playing time ..

I love Capello's comment on Arrigo Sacchi:

The former Juventus boss also commented on the latest statements by Arrigo Sacchi, who criticised this Real Madrid outfit for its focus on individuals rather than teamwork and a perceived lack of joy in the sport.

“It’s typical of Sacchi to complain about every team,” replied Capello. “He always says the same things, like a broken record. He has been a great Coach and prompted a revolution in football, but now when he talks about the sport it’s a CD left on repeat.”

He's going to end up like Anelka.A lot of talent, but no brain.

He thinks he's a star while he's not!He hasn't proved anything yet, he hasn't accomplished anything and he's not going to.

"The word ‘sorry’ does not exist in my vocabulary,”

“To say sorry and admit you’ve made some mistakes are two different things. I made errors, but I’ve not used the word ‘sorry’ since the day I was born and I never will until the moment I die.”

Oh deay god, what a brat! I just pray to god that he never comes to Milan!

Why is that every player i love ends up being a crackpot :(

Someday i shall round up all of them and start a team, it will be the best XI on paper that could fvck the likes of Brazil one day and lose to Portsmouth the next (No disrespect Geeza :D )

I hope Cassano moves back to Roma maybe come to Manutd :o he needs freedom, give him that and he can pwn, strangle him and he bites

Haha true! But even Gattuso have had his Cassanomoments, and then we have our beloved Billy Costacurta there to learn him a lession! ;)

Otherwise I'm not sure he would change, I mean the guy goes against Capello. And I'm more afraid of Capello than Rhino!

Not to get off track since this thread is about cassano but what did Mido do so well? Pout like a baby and abuse his coach on live tv because he was subbed out in the semi-final? Did Mido even play in the final?

ps. good call on Zlatan - his one claim to fame was that nice goal he scored for sweden against italy in Euro2004 - since then nothing really that great for his talents.

EDIT: well aware of Ibra's high-lights; i meant taking charge in big games
