We are gonna win it this year! We're so good it's unbelievable...

The famous Terry Butcher went to Rome to see the Pope,
Oh the famous Terry Butcher went to Rome to see the Pope,

And this is what he said
FUCK OFF!
Whoooooo the fuck is Sydney EEEEEF-C
Whoooooo the fuck is Sydney EEEEEF-C
Whoooooo the fuck is Sydney EEEEEF-C
And the Victory go marching
ON-ON-ON

Hehe... nah. In the words of the great Bonzo aka LNZ aka Lonzo aka Lonso: Honorary Danish Aussie (http://www.fbtz.com/forum/showpost.php?p=443390&postcount=22)

But was on the Victory forum a few weeks ago and they seemed like a nice bunch. Then someone was so cheeky to ask me, if I wanted to become Victory's first Danish supporter.

Well... I accepted. And today Matt told me that WE are number one. Suh-weet

It's from a number of things. Last year someone (Read: Guus Hiddink) thought it would be a nice idea to loan our star player to PSV Eindhoven and things kind of went downhill from there.

Out of the three brazilians that were recruited over the off-season, there is only one that is consistently playing for Victory, and that is Fred. Moving Muscat from CB to DM was a master-stroke, leaving the experienced defenders Piorkowski, Leijer and Vargas (who all played together at Melbourne Knights in the now defunkt NSL). Also the recuitment of Scottish International Grant Brebner has proved to be a nice touch, as he brings his experience and leadership and has slotted in excellently next to fellow old-hand Kevin Muscat.

Danny Allsopp is running harder and actually finding the net, Archie Thompson is actually passing the ball and the competition for starting places in the squad has seen some of the best football come out of Pantalidis, Caceres, Alessandro, Sarkies, Storey that they have probably ever produced. The squad has better depth than any other team in the league, and this is why we are where we are... not from any sole individual efforts.

He was also saying he preferred Sydney because he liked "The Storms"

If he were talking about NRL, he'd be thinking of Melbourne Storm... so I still dunno what he's talking about.

What a game and what a crowd ayyy! Great to win in front of all that noise and wrap up the premiership. The noise was even better if you were at the game. We make more noise in a 15,000 olympic park than we do at a 30,000-40,000 Telstra Dome with the roof shut. lmao.

I was crying when the East and West ends started joining in for NORTH/SOUTH, 7NA and Jump For Melbourne Victory.

The only sad thing about it all is the fact that Claudinho is probably going home this week.

Also, if the Foxtel coverage missed it, this was the North End's reaction to the Melbourne Media's sensationalist articles over the past week. I was behind the 9 up the top trying to hold it up from overzealous security guards trying to rip it down.

hahahaha, I heard about all the 3AW shit, totally pathetic! I know you guys contacted Media Watch, but it might be worthwhile to get in touch with (I can't believe I'm suggesting this) Today Tonight. They'd love to bash ch.9!

Well done on the Minor Premiership, well deserved!

Dude, I really don't find it funny that you are compromising Australian National Security. Keep it on the down-low son, those kangaroos are packing heat.
