just thought it'd be nice and to avoid further accusations of my bias towards celtic, i would start this thread. LOL.
whomever it was that said it was right when they said, in the champions league the top two teams are top notch quality sides where as the uefa cup is full of minnow teams where anyone can qualify (from the group stages. of course) ;)
Personally i don't care for the new setup, but nowt i can do. fair play.

Rangers did'nt play well like in previous matches, but fought hard and rode there luck like we did on tuesday & got a result that see's them qualify for the next round , i thought Fergie was Immense , so Congratulations go to Rangers for qualifying with a game to spare.

If Jimmy were to congratulate Rangers then I'm not quite sure what I'd do or how i'd feel tbh

nevermind can they win this or that, the question is more will they finish top half of the season? or will they even qualify for a european place?:D

Great win tonight to top the group ,with the 2nd string :D ,for all his slatings lately only player who i was cheering on thro the match was Sebo , only time ive seen him do 90 minutes, only if the rest of the team had as much commitment as him , & he does have a good bit of skill on the ball.
He seems top eager to please, to justify his price tag , once the pressure is off i'm sure he can relax a bit on the park and be a top player for the Gers.
Was really weird tho watching Rangers without Fergie.
Another Co- efficient win for Scotland.
Well Done Rangers.

i agree job well done and more importantly winning the group to avoid any of the tricky champs league teams freefalling into the uefa. hope the draw goes ok for both old firm although lets be honest celtics options arent favourable..
ps what time is the draw today???????????????

rangers to play away to hapoel tel aviv first leg 14/15 feb with return leg on the 22nd
score from wednesday
Hapoel Tel-Aviv 1-1 Mlada Boleslav
Thursday, 23 November 2006
PSG 2-4 Hapoel Tel-Aviv
Thursday, 02 November 2006
Hapoel Tel-Aviv 2-2 Rapid Bucuresti
Thursday, 19 October 2006
Panathinaikos 2-0 Hapoel Tel-Aviv
and they beat Chornomorets 3-1 at home, 1-0 away to qualify for uefa cup. that's all i bothered to check.
not surprised they beat psg tbh (no matter how good.. or bad they are... ).. i mean they narrowly only beat some northern irish minnows to secure their place in the uefa cup. wee bawbag fergie should be confident enough
