..this fella has just joined celtic on loan for 6 months from rennes.. i've never seen him play, nor know much about him other than what wikipedia tells me, which isn't sufficient.. so anyone care to enlighten me some? cheers

According to Rennes' coach, he is transferred and not loaned out.
This season he's played only 1 match because the coach prefers Melchiot..

There isn't much to say about him. He's a very average player. Hasn't done anything great for the moment. Really not the kind of guy you want for a club like Celtic.
Still, you never know how someone can react in a different context (Sheva in Chelsea...). So maybe, Scotland will be a revelation for him and he'll suddenly start to play well :rolleyes:

aye, i was kinda fearing/thinking this'd be the case. We sign way to many unknowns (although we've had some of these guys show their worth; Larsson, Di Canio, lubo moravcik, Van Hooijdonk, Stan Petrov.. to name a handful). Thankfully it's a loan deal and can the situation can be rectified come end of season
