Sydney were very unlucky to not come away with a win. 2-0 up after 30 minutes should have seen them through. They are lacking some match fitness though.

from wat i read, the urawa crowd had alot to do with their comeback spark. their fans are famous for not giving up on their squad
You guys don't really need to type in white font, the thread already has spoilers in the title so only a moron would complain if he saw something he didn't want to. :)
And what the hell? I went to bed thinking "Easy win for Sydney" when they were 2-0 after 30 minutes, then I wake up and you're telling me they drew?!

I don't think Melbourne would do much better with the squad they have now. We're going to get killed in the upcoming season.

sydney game was so frustrating. kinda hard to get into any rythm when they go to the floor every 5 minutes. the referee wasnt the best either
oh well hope we can get the win in japan

the refs have been questionable in alot of matches this year, especially matches with clubs from australia and japan. i remember watching the match between kawasaki and i think it was the indonesian club. one of the kawasaki players got clotheslined and the ref let the foul go.

^^ You are way off there - only the winner of each group progresses through to the next stage.
i.e. there should only be 8 on the list, and Sydney FC is not one of them
