Veikkausliiga is managed by The Finnish Football League Association. The league will start in April and ends in October. During the spring all Veikkausliiga teams are playing the League Cup.

Veikkausliiga has 14 clubs all around Finland. The teams are playing each against one another home and away. The winner of the Veikkausliiga is the finnish football champion. The last team in the League (14th) will be relegated to Division One.

3rd FC Haka

I would have never thought that Finnish league thread might come. I might live very close to you but I don't know that much about it. When some Estonians played there I watched when I had the chance but not anymore.

BTW, where is Litmanen now playing? I remember he came back.

He is now playing for Malmö FF in Sweden.

How did he end up in Sweden? I thought he came home and planned to finish there. That's a pity. Such a great guy.

He came home to Lahti for one season. After that he played for Hansa Rostock, but just for half a season. Now it is his second year at Malmö.
