This is the new top side in Greece, for the past 4 years they have been moving up every division and next year they are going to the super league. the billionaire owner has just given the manager 20 million euro for transfers and wants them to play in Europe next year!!!

Asteras is shit, get over it buddy, you will never be able to compete in the Greek first division. Just keep dreaming with your talk but it's not going to get you anywhere :rolleyes:

Don't worry mate asteras is the best!! we got 20mil to spend on players, a brand new stadium and the best of all a billionaire owner who loves the club (unlike Olympiakos). We will make it into Europe and surprise a few people along the way. Just remember this message when tripoli is greek champions in a few year.

A team with no history from a really small town and with another team from that area.
I wish you the best, but in your place I wouldn't be so optimistic.
Have in mind that other teams like Kalamata had rich presidents and after some years they are back at the second division.

okay maybe i over reacted a bit. But we are still a very good team, i know kalamata went up and went back down again and it might happen to tripoli but we will be up there for a bit.

well after all those months and just a few games before the end of the Super League,Asteras has proved that they kick ass !
it seems that they will fight for a place on the next UEFA Cup at the play-offs

for the greek football standars,Asteras has been a marvel that we don't normally see - of course,the true miracle will be complete only if they manage to win a trophy

people try to go to the Tripoli Stadium and support your team,that's the only way to make it
