This poll contains all the managers who are available now and the ones that will be open then. Tell me if I should add anyone. Oh, and I stole this idea from Sataris. Thanks, bro.

I voted for Mourinho purely out of wishful thinking. I think he'd win the treble if he came to Bayern, but we won't get him soon enough.

I would celebrate if Bayern got Mourinho and stay home and mourn for a week if Bayern got Steve McClaren. I kinda like Van Basten but i don't know if he would fit in well.

I think thats what the others did also and thats no shame :p
but mark my words: the next Bayern coach is someone who speaks the german language.

The last time someone hired a coach who wasnt able to speak german was a total desaster. I think it was Nevio Scala in Dortmund. Trapattoni actualy spoke some german, even if it was funny from time to time but he was able to express hisself.

Im very sure that they wont hire someone who cant speak german. They wont do that mistake.
I mean someone has to tell Poldi why he is benched again *g*

Beckenbauer wants Mourinho (http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=534680)

If only I knew. (The new manager) needs to be an experienced tactician who has already gathered experience and can speak German. Our team needs someone of high quality

Mourinho? Why not? He would have until summer to take a language course

Yes i do understand that you still believe in Santa Claus :p
Mate you cant ignore some major facts here, first of all Mourinho gets 10 million € a year. Hitzfeld is the top earning coach in Germany and gets "just" 5 million. So do you think after they hired Klose and Toni for record breaking Salaries of already 10 million € a year (oh and im sure Ribery gets a big as cheque as well) they simply double the money on the coaching position as well ? For someone who doesnt speak a single word of the german language ? When was the last time you saw a non german speaking coach in the Bundesliga eh ? And do you really think Mourinho is still available by the end of the year ? And do you really think he would join the Bundelsiga where the chances to win the CL-title are reduced to a minimum ? In Spain clubs like Real or Barca get a fucking billion for their TV-rights and they spend shitloads of money on new transfers. When you are considered to be the best football-coach in the universe would you rather join Munich where you can get a player or two for 10 to 20 million or maybe Spain or Italy where money grows on trees and you can easily spend 40million each year, or England where even the small clubs get three or four times more TV money than Bayern München ?0o

Is your answer to all that questions a yes because Beckenbauer said he would like to get Mourinho ?
http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/1737/nelsonit8.jpg

The thing is Beckenbauer has nothing to do with the Bayern business or transfers. That is Hoenness, Rummenigge and Hopfner. Hes just a representative and not involved in the decisions. He´s just a fan like you, but with a littler higher standing ;)
And what would you expect Beckenbauer to say when they ask him about that topic l0l ?

Damn that Mourinho would be that expensive! Then I don't know if we can afford him. Next option for me would be Klinsy.

Mhh what makes you think that ?
I somehow think that learning english is a tad different from learning german language, starting with factors like english is the world language, you hear it all the time and also Morinho probably learned his first english when he was a little schoolboy *g* (like everywhere in europe i guess) and also he is ex-footballer, so i guess it was a main-language for him anyway because you usually play with alot different players from different nationalities and as coach he probably needed that before he came to England.

Boys dont get me wrong, i would LOVE to see a coach with that reputation in our League,
but i just cant imagine that case coming =(

Looks like there are other competitors fighting for Mourinho :(
I think the point of the yearly budget for new players might be a big topic for Mourinho and the AC might be the bigger player. If im not wrong they get at least double as much TV millions.

Ac Milan vs Bayern? Ac Milan has very good money, and I am sure they will take Mourinho. Real Madrid and some others clubs wanted Ribery too, but Ribery chose Bayern, who knows Mourinho might be the same :D. To me, Hitzfeld is best and would love him to stay!. He won more Champions League. As turks says "Ne yapalim, Kader! :(" "There is nothing to do, this is how it should be". A provision. :)

But...as much as I like AC Milan I think that the club is going to need a major overhaul in the next season or two, with all the aging players and such. I don't know which Mourinho would prefer - A Bayern team that is looking to become a dominant force again or a decrepit, rheumatic Milan team which would have to be rebuilt (around Kaka though).
I know...Milan aren't that bad, but they still need some big changes in my opinion. I really hope he chooses Bayern if it comes down to those two.

Oh yea, and why would Madrid want to get rid of Schuster? They are not playing to full potential (although with the occasional flashes of brilliance) and are 7 points clear at the top...imagine what would happen if Schuster could bring to bear the full potential of that side.

Once again, all of this is in my opinion.

Finke? the dude to the left? i don't think so, he is one of the most ..Hmmm.. (how do you translate "Querdenker") contrarian the german football ever get. Come one, not a long time ago he was sitting at the bench and was rolling his cigarettes. Someone like him in munich? And besides of this the assistant job would not really fit for him.
