1. howd you get this?
2. do the kicker ratings go from 1-5, 1 being the best or 1 being the worst?

There are some projects going around that collect German magazines. I'll bring the links here if they're football related ;) They usually get the Kicker and sometimes also Sportbild - which are the two biggest German general ones anyway :)
