i agree. not only the respect issue...but how silly does our league look when the likes of the Sienas, Palermos, Lecces, Atalantas, Bolognas, Catanias etc change managers 2-3 times a year, and sometimes even pull back managers they sacked! or like Livorno now, have resignations for a few days and then back to smiles! its nuts, i know this is Italy and sometimes in the world of calcio things are inexplicable, but its just silly now imo.

Ballardini sacked at Lazio, and the man Napoli treated like crap (tho they wont admit that now with Mazzarri, only when Donadoni was in charge) Reja coming in to try and save them from relegation.

by my count...32 managerial changes this season. shocking.

Di Biasi sacked at Udinese, and back in is Marino.

it really makes no sense, if you thought Di Biasi could do it, stick with him. but now that he sucked in his 3 months of management, you go back to Marino...

why not just stick with Marino then if you rehired him after this anyway? perhaps he could have even gotten more points earned in that time than Di Biasi did. it makes no sense...

with what...5-6 games to go, Cagliari sack...Allegri! WTF. man...clubs in Italy, ridiculous. the only thing to make sense is that Allegri already will work elsewhere, but damn. let the man go with class and see out the season...

La Liga can be a right circus on and off the pitch (see Valladolid's bear) but it doesn't hold a candle to the managerial nonsense of Italy. Ridiculous.

seriously right...ive stopped counting, but thats probably like 25+ changes this year. a Serie A manager who survives until May is a true hero! some clubs even firing then rehiring managers (Udinese, Livorno)

but Allegri? he is a fantastic manager....he will surely be working in Serie A next I have to believe. hopefully he gets treated better at a more prestigious club is my hope.
