Class player. Loved him at West Ham - one of the best debut's I ever saw from a player was his first game for us. Spurs didn't realise what a talent they had on their hands - much the same as Defoe. If Kanoute hadn't have been injured all season we would never have gone down and we could've gone on to bigger and better things. But that's the past. Good luck to Freddie in Turkey.

I'm thinking the EXACT same thing! :/ Heres a team that imo, was the most dangerous in Europe, along with Lyon, when it came to giant killers. Lyon beating up RMA year after year it seemed like, and Sevilla taking on all comers in La Liga, beat both Barca and RMA regularly over the last few seasons. I had high hopes for these guys, but when they didn't keep Saviola 2 seasons ago, and had problems keeping Alvez, now with Kanoute leaving...this is really sad to see. But I guess when you're suddenly showing that you can beat other teams based off of chemistry and talent, let alone blazing speed, somewhere along the line someones going to make your roster a little lighter. This marks the first serious nail in the coffin for this squad.

RIP Giant Killers Sevilla. Welcome to the rebuilding process.

I don't think we can fully trust this source. This website has written that Maniche is joining Fenerbahce and they posted his photoshopped photo in the Turkish side jersey. They were right about Emre though. I will be very suprised if Kanoute leaves Sevilla. Do they still have any ambitions of fighting for the Champions League etc.?

I haven't seen any news about Kanoute leaving on as.com and marca.com. Interesting.

Kanoute's transfer is 100% certain, and i doubt the announcement will be made tomorrow. But according to inside sources our next forward will most likely be kanoute.
