It looks like it's coming down to a 3-way race between Wolfburg, Bayern, and Hamburg. It'll depend on injuries for Bayern to win, on how long Hamburg will be in the Uefa Cup, and on whether or not Quaellix Magath has tortured his players into truly having enough endurance for the rest of the season to outrun the opposition. It could go all the way to the very last day and minute.

bayern got a nice run in compared to the other teams, but hoffenheim away and stuttgart home last two games could prove to differ. i hope bayern don't do it, wolfsburg vs werder bremen last game of season :/ tbh. i don't see wolfsburg dropping any more home points this season so i guess it'll come down to them keeping or at least equaling bayerns away form

hamburg + hertha argh!!!!!!! letting bayern back into swing of things argh!!!! at least hamburg got three points before this weekends match even begins hopefully win 10-0, they could be done with the goal difference boost anyway

Got them at 22.00 week ago........now up to 3rd in the table and are sitting at 16.00. Next two games are home to Eintracht and away at Bielefeld. Easily winnable and then the big one at home to Wolfsburg......win that and the price will crash on them and I'll lay of with massive profits.

Oh yeah.....here come Stuttgart. They'll beat Bielefeld on Saturday while Wolfsburg/Hoffenheim draw and HSV/Hertha draw.......Bayern will win. Then the following weekend Stuttgart will beat Wolfsburg at home and Bayern will draw at Cottbus.

Basically it'll be a shoot out between Bayern and Stuttgart. The others, particularly HSV and Hertha are going to drop too many points in the run in. Depending on how Wolfsburg deal with Hoffenheim at the weekend,I can rule them out or in if the case may be.

Wow thats alot of speculation, well we will see
My guess is still on Hamburg to win the whole thing.

But a good question now could be if Bayern gets a "new coach effect"

What isn't in doubt is that Bayern have the easiest run in and Stuutgart have it quite tricky with 3 away games, including Schalke and Bayern.

HSV have to face both Hertha and Bremen...inbetween another 2 semi finals with Bremen.

Wolfsburg have 3 homes against Hoffenheim,Dortmund who are flying and last match against Bremen.

It's going to be very interesting, that's for sure. If stuttgart can win at Bielefeld and any of the other contenders drop points then I may lay my bet.Depending on Wolfsburg's result and performance against Hoffenheim, picking up injuries/suspensions,then I may wait until after they have visited Stuttgart before reassesing.

I think it will come down to Bayern or Wolfsburg. I'd prefer to see Wolfsburg win it this year for a change, however Bayern is Bayern, and they always have something left up their sleeve, even if they switch coaches with only 5 games left.

I personally think it will be decided on the very last day and hinging these two important final matches:
Wolfsburg - Bremen
Bayern - Stuttgart
I really hope that Wolfsburg has it wrapped up before then (or Bayern drops to Stuttgart), because there's no way I'll be cheering for them to win on that particular day.

Whatever the case, I've gotta say that this year has been an incredible title race in the Bundesliga, particularly ever since the last couple weeks of the hinrunde. There have been 6 teams (by my count) who have legitimately looked like they've had a chance to win it since then, and now still 5 that have got a shot with only one month left to go.

It's a personal pain that Werder was never in it whatsoever, but we've had our other successes in 2009 (DFB & UEFA Cups - a double would be nice) which could potentially make up for most of it.

Almost called it.

Bayern and Wolfsburg tied on points, separated by goal differential. Hertha and Stuttgart riding their asses. What a fantastic finish this will be.
