Hi it looks as though we are going to sign the Egyptian striker Amr Zaki.
Do you think he'll do well in England?
His strike rate is fantastic for club and country!

He is still young imo (25 ys) and it would be a good move, good luck for him!
He scored the winner in the Egyptian Cup final yesterday. Click here to watch the goal.

We need a striker really badly. I hope he does the job for us. We've lacked any cutting edge this year!
His goal was really well taken though. The right/left shift was clever.

Yeah that was a shameful result
Anyways this is the preliminary qualifiying and we don't usually fail to go through it.. Its just Malawi, Djibouti and Republic of the Congo.
Edit:
I have a new vid for you:

WTF is wrong with the Zamalek President???
He tried to have his bodyguards physically attack Zaki and now says he won't let him leave the club under any circumstances?
What an asshole!

Zamalek chairman and Amr Zaki almost come to blows!

Just when you thought that the relationship between Amr Zaki and his chairman couldn't get any worse, it does!
Zaki has been trying to secure his transfer to Wigan for a very, very long time, and the chairman keeps putting more obstacles in his way.
At the moment, the prolific striker is attempting to persuade the Egyptian FA to cancel his contract with Zamalek, some small matter like not receiving wages for six months apparently, so that he can negotiate his own move to Wigan.
Steve Bruce has been extremely patient but i think even he is now getting exasperated with the Zamalek chairman too.
Anyway, in the latest instalment of the Zaki saga came today when Zaki went to the club to discuss the impending (?) transfer. This is what Zaki said after the meeting:
"I told him I am ready to play against Ahli (in the Champions League) and move after the elections," Zaki told reporters.
"But I was surprised when he told me that the club will not allow me to leave under any circumstances."
"He then got angry and swore at me. Things got worse when his bodyguards were about to beat me up!"
Zaki's agent Nader Shawki, who was also present at the meeting, expressed his annoyance with the incident.
"I have never witnessed something like that in football, it’s a shame to see such acts coming from the president of a big club like Zamalek," he said.

Looks like Zaki is FINALLY going to be a Wigan player! I am psyched about this transfer. He looks ready to bulldoze defenders.
