only know of Paul Mellas. Played with him through club soccer then against through school soccer. He's a year older than dave. He also came from Mitchelton in Brisbane, Australia. Being told from mitchelton mates that the coaches there hooked Paul up with a team in Finland i think, he called Dave and Dave said to come visit Brondby for a kick at training. Paul impressed the development coach and was offered a contract.

that's all i know of anyway.

The other one is Paul Mellers, I only found out about him from his myspace and couldnt find anything else about him, looks like he is good friends with Dave as he has a few comments from him.

He says he is in the reserve team with Dave and Brent.

EDIT: Just read cristiano's post. Bruun do you know how Brent Mcgrath is going over there?

Yeah, He may not be that special in some peoples opinions but in the A-League he is one of the top strikers. He has been playing well in the A-League in my opinion. Just saying that for Melbourne Victory he combines well with his striking partner Allsopp and has so all season so there is no point of changing the strikers around now since those 2 have been doing just a good job for Melbourne Victory.
P.S Between them they have scored 16 goals with 9 assists in 16 games played so far in this A-League season. Mind me Melbourne has scored twice as many goals exactly this season. But still this is a good effort comparing to last year were they only got 10 goals and 7 assists between them for the whole A-League season.

[QUOTE=BruunLovesFootball]Fair play. Does he know of this thread then?

He's really into this club called ENVY at the moment, even met him in there a week ago. Hope he doesn't get too carried away with the life in the fast lane

dave's a modest kid, hates being away from family esp. overseas so doubt loyalty should be a problem. as for knowing about this forum i'm pretty sure he knows of it, esp. since your youtube video of his first goal is on his myspace. alot of ppl are beginning to follow him in australia. usually im the one that tells my youth soccer mates bout how dave's been scored etc, but know alota people are beginning to know before i do which is good.

two of dave's mates are now also with the QLD Roar. our year of football is quite strong and quite a few are going far.

qld roar, brondby, chelsea youth, australian youth, so not bad considering these boys were once in the same team at 14yrs of age.
